Siamo alla ricerca, per azienda cliente specializzata nello sviluppo software, di 1 Senior Help Desk Support Specialist.
La risorsa ha come scopo principale laccettazione delle richieste di assistenza da parte dei clienti che hanno acquistato i servizi. Alla figura compete il controllo sullandamento temporale del processo di risoluzione di una problematica segnalata da un cliente in funzione delle tempistiche dichiarate negli SLA.
Competenze tecniche:
linguaggi programmazione (VB.NET e/o Java e/o C#);
linguaggio di scripting (VBscript e/o Javascript);
linguaggi di presentation (HTML e/o ASP);
linguaggio SQL per interrogazione database;
database di mercato quali MS SQL e/o Oracle;
Si offre un contratto full-time e a tempo indeterminato. La retribuzione sarà commisurata alle effettive competenze ed esperienze.
