Job Description

In this field-focused role, you will drive awareness, engagement and adoption of Sonova’s tinnitus-focused digital health solutions, with a strong focus on the SilentCloud Tinnitus Therapy app.

You will work closely with ENT specialists, audiologists, general practitioners and hearing care professionals to build trusted relationships, strengthen healthcare networks and support the integration of digital tinnitus solutions into clinical practice.

This role is ideal for someone who combines healthcare marketing expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills and enjoys working directly with healthcare professionals in a dynamic and growing market environment.

More about the role

  • Build and develop strong relationships with ENTs, audiologists, GPs and tinnitus specialists across the region
  • Drive healthcare professional engagement and increase awareness and adoption of Sonova’s tinnitus solutions and digital health offerings
  • Plan and execute educational events, trainings, webinars and local engagement activities for healthcare professionals
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen referral networks and healthcare partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and field activities
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and customer experience
  • Monitor engagement performance, adoption metrics and field activity effectiveness to optimize impact and scalability
  • Represent Sonova at congresses, professional meetings and industry events

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare professional engagement, healthcare marketing, physician relations or medical field-based roles
  • Proven experience working directly with physicians, healthcare providers or clinical networks in a commercial or engagement-focused environment
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience organizing and delivering healthcare professional events, trainings or educational initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
