As part oftheCentre of Excellence’ (CofE) for Workforce Healthestablished in 2025, you will play a vital role in promoting and improving the health and well-being of employees for and on behalf of our clients across the European Regionspecifically focused on driving growth in the CEE region Your expertise and guidance will contribute to creating a healthier and more productive work environment for clients and their employees.
You will be integral in supporting the MMB European Advisory proposition in response to the rising demand we are seeing from clients to develop and deliver workforcehealthcare and wellbeing strategies.
A key part of this exciting role is to support the delivery of wellbeing projects to help clients understand the health risks of their people and providing clinically backed recommendations on solutions and interventions to mitigate these risks.
Working with the Regional and Local teamsand their leaders, you will help in the support and delivery of client projects using data analysis, project management/delivery, bid management and provider research and reviews as part of a wide range of workplace wellbeing projects.

What can you expect?
Working as part of the MMB EuropeWFH CoEand broaderadvisoryteam across MMB Europe, you will support with:
Interfacing directly with clients and providers across Europe to implement effective workplace health and wellness strategies and health promotion initiatives.
Raising awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe both internally and with clients and prospects
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including human resources, risk managers, occupational health, and safety professionals, to ensurea holistic approachto workplace health
Analysing data and evaluating the effectiveness of workplace health programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Preparation of reports and Request for Proposals (RFP’s) to ensure the Region meets its growthtargets.
Strategic project management, leading client projects throughout the full client journey
The design of health & wellbeing pathways to support broader preventativestrategies.
Facilitating Client Wellbeing strategy workshops
Carrying outprovider research and reviews across the region
Providing support to draft training session plans and work with the Regional Advisory Enablement Leader to develop internal and external collateral
Collaboratewith the European Member communications Centre ofExcellence
Support in identifying and developing new propositions,productsand services.

What you need to have:
Strong technical skills with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar type of role
A self-driven,personableand motivated attitude
Strong and confident communication skills
Demonstrated analyticalskills.
Proven ability toestablish and maintain relationships with key internal and externalstakeholders.
A passion for learning and development
Attention to detailand strong organisationalskills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Officeand ability toutiliseAItools.
Experience of producing,deliveringand presenting client facing reports and insights
Ability to thinklaterallyandidentify opportunities to transfer skills knowledge and projects crossborder.
