The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project manager for our development of new cutting edge video conferencing devices.
Based at our global headquarters in Oslo, the project manager will join Neat’s main R&D hub of over 110 talented engineers and designers. You’ll be front and center of the development and engineering activities for Neat as we drive innovation forward.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the product development from early concept stages until the launch of the new product. You will play an integral part in aligning all functions for the task ahead of us and find the right balance between Risk, Quality, time-to-market and cost.
The ideal candidate will be a keen problem-solver, with an ability to see the big pictures as well as dive into the small details and have a genuine interest in technology. You will work in a fast-paced environment on exciting new projects and take on responsibilities very early and build a deep technical knowledge.
Primary responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Plan and lead projects from early concept stages until the launch of the new product
Continue the development and implementation of our NPI process
Work closely with disciplines like Hardware, Mechanics, Compliance, Acoustics, Industrial Design, Quality and Supply Chain
Manage and collaborate with APAC sub suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and successful product launches

Structured
Master’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science or similar principles with strong results in technical disciplines or equivalent years experience.
Team Leadership experience a plus
Knowledge of the video conferencing industry is a plus
