Job Role

The Senior Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering premium hair styling services, including hair cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and personalized beauty consultations. This role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences while helping clients achieve hairstyles that suit their lifestyle, preferences, and hair conditions.

Working closely with the Salon Manager, the successful candidate will combine advanced technical expertise with outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships, promote retail hair care products, and contribute to the salon's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct professional consultations to assess clients' hair condition, lifestyle, and styling preferences before recommending suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• 
  Perform advanced hair services, including precision haircuts, coloring, balayage, highlights, perming, straightening, smoothing, and scalp treatments.
• 
  Stay up to date with the latest hair styling trends, coloring techniques, and innovative salon technologies, particularly Korean-inspired hairstyles.
• 
  Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and encouraging repeat visits through personalized recommendations.
• 
  Create and maintain a professional portfolio by showcasing completed hairstyles and transformations through social media platforms.
• 
  Recommend professional home-care products and salon treatment packages to support client hair health and achieve sales targets.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with salon operating procedures and professional service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Minimum high school diploma, vocational education, or professional certification in Hairdressing or Beauty.
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist in premium, luxury, or well-established salon brands.
• 
  Active professional portfolio showcasing haircuts, coloring, styling, and hair transformations through social media is required.
• 
  Strong expertise in precision haircutting, hair coloring, chemical treatments, perming, straightening, blow-drying, and styling techniques.
• 
  Experience with Korean hair styling techniques and beauty trends is highly preferred.
• 
  Good understanding of professional hair care products, chemical safety, and salon best practices.
• 
  Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude and strong passion for the beauty industry.
• 
  Target-oriented with the ability to promote retail products and salon services.
