Key
Responsibilities

• 
  Design,
  develop, and maintain solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• 
  Perform Gosu development, including enhancements, customizations, and
  defect resolution.
• 
  Configure
  and implement ClaimCenter features to meet business requirements.
• 
  Integrate
  ClaimCenter with external and internal systems using appropriate
  integration patterns.
• 
  Collaborate
  with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate
  requirements into technical solutions.
• 
  Support
  testing, deployment, and production activities to ensure high-quality
  deliverables.
• 
  Participate
  actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and
  retrospectives.
• 
  Provide
  technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.

Requirements

Required
Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Proven
  experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter (preferably in a
  senior developer role).
• 
  Strong
  proficiency in Gosu programming language.
• 
  In-depth
  understanding of insurance claims processes.
• 
  Experience
  with system integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging
  frameworks.
• 
  Ability
  to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong
  problem-solving skills.
• 
  Experience
  working in an Agile development environment.
• 
  Excellent
  communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  cross-functional teams.
• 
  Fluency
  in a French-speaking work environment (spoken and/or written
  proficiency required).

Preferred
Qualifications

  Experience
  with Guidewire suite is an added advantage.
• 
  Familiarity
  with cloud-based deployments and modern DevOps practices.
• 
  Prior
  experience in large-scale insurance or financial services projects.
