In this role, you'll:
Play a key role in developing growth strategies, assessing new business opportunities and translating strategic insights into commercially viable initiatives that deliver long-term value for customers and the organisation.
You'll work on high-profile, enterprise-wide opportunities spanning emerging revenue streams, partnerships, customer propositions and commercial innovation across a complex and dynamic operating environment.
Identify, assess and prioritise growth opportunities across existing and emerging revenue streams.
Conduct strategic analysis of markets, customer trends and industry developments to inform commercial decision-making.
Develop business cases, commercial models and investment recommendations to support revenue growth initiatives.
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and commercial propositions, including assessing market attractiveness, financial viability and implementation considerations.
Support the development of long-term commercial and growth strategies aligned to organisational objectives.

About you
You are a commercially driven and analytically rigorous professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and identifying opportunities for growth.
You bring experience in areas such as: Commercial Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Development, Revenue Management, Commercial Advisory, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Optimisation.
You will also demonstrate:
•Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capability.
•Experience developing business cases, financial models and commercial assessments.
•Ability to translate market insights and customer needs into commercially viable initiatives.
•Experience evaluating growth opportunities, investments or new business models.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across complex environments.
•Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and delivery.
•Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
