This is a high-impact role whereyou'llwork closely with senior leaders across the organization,providingcommercial insight, strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations that influence decisions across multiple business areas.You'llchallenge assumptions,identifygrowth opportunities, and help drive the initiatives that create value for our customers and the business.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

As Senior Growth & Portfolio Manager,you'llwork across our Vessel Operations Solutions portfolio, supporting businesses including Mooring, Tank & Hold Cleaning, Emissions, Fuels & Lubes, and Decentralized Manufacturing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic business cases from idea through to recommendation, ensuring robust analysis, clear commercialrationaleand actionable implementation plans

  • Drive portfolio prioritization and support investment decisions by presenting insights,trade-offsand recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Partner closely with Vice Presidents and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on growth opportunities, commercialperformanceand strategic direction

  • Analyze market developments, portfolioperformanceand customer trends toidentifyopportunities for improvement and sustainable growth

  • Monitor revenue and profitability performance, translating complex data into clear business insights and improvement initiatives

  • Define and track key performance measures for strategic initiatives and value proposition development

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across commercial,operationaland financial stakeholders

  • Strengthen commercial offerings across the portfolio byidentifyingopportunities, diagnosingchallengesand supporting execution of improvement actions

  • Drive greater consistency and efficiency by embedding best practices and effective portfolio management approaches

  • Develop high-quality presentations and business narratives for leadership teams and executive audiences

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the Vessel Operations Solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Wilhelmsen goals

  • Mentor and support colleagues within the Growth & Portfolio Management team, helping build capability and share knowledge across the function

Whowe'relooking for:

You combine strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence decisions, challengethinkingand help drive meaningful change.

  • A master’s degree in business,Financeor related discipline

  • 6-8 years of experience within strategy, management consulting, commercial management,financeor a similar business-focused role

  • Experience leading strategic projects or workstreams with significant business impact

  • Strong commercial understanding and a proven ability toidentifyopportunities for growth and value creation

  • The ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

  • Experience structuring complex problems and translating data into clear recommendations

  • A collaborative mindset and an interest in developing and mentoring others

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with AI and digital tools that can enhance analysis,automationand decision-making

  • Excellent written and spoken English
