The opportunity

Justlife is the GCC’s leading super app for home services. Over 15 million sessions delivered in 10+ cities across the GCC, mostly on the back of one growth marketer and a lot of instinct. The next 15 million won’t come the same way.

We’re hiring our second Senior Growth Marketing Manager to co-own growth alongside an existing peer. Channels are saturating. Attribution is noisy. AI is rewriting how performance marketing works every quarter. We need someone who treats CAC, LTV, and incrementality as product surfaces, and who is still in the platforms shipping experiments themselves, not just directing people who do.

This is not a role for someone who wants to direct strategy from a deck. It’s a role for an operator who wants to build the growth engine that takes Justlife from regional leader to category-defining.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll co-own demand generation across our priority markets. UAE and KSA first, then expansion. You’ll partner directly with the VP of Marketing, your peer Growth Marketing Manager, and the leaders of Business Development, Supply, Product, and Data.

In your first 90 days

  • Ship a written diagnostic of the UAE and KSA performance stack.
  • Own one market and one service line end to end.
  • Rank the top automation bets by hours saved and decision quality.
  • Ship one AI loop in production with real guardrails.
  • Run a weekly growth sync that moves decisions, not status.

In your first 12 months

  • Measurable lift in incremental NMV per user across your markets.
  • A live incrementality program with geo tests, holdouts, and lift studies that leadership trusts.
  • Faster payback without sacrificing retention or service quality.
  • AI-enabled performance systems running with real guardrails, not autopilot.
  • A small, senior, autonomous team. You’ll hire 1-2 people, not build an empire.
  • Earned the right to make trade-off calls without escalation.

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing ownership. You’ve personally executed campaigns in the last 12 months. We’re not hiring strategists who haven’t touched a platform since 2023.
  • Incrementality fluency. You’ve designed and run holdout tests, geo experiments, or user-level lift studies. You can explain why ROAS lies and what to do about it.
  • App-first or marketplace experience. You understand install-to-repeat economics, not just funnel-to-purchase.
  • AI in production. You’ve personally designed, built, or deployed an AI or automation system that materially improved a performance outcome. Not just used Meta Advantage+ on default.

Nice to have

  • Scale-up experience where you built systems, not just inherited them.
  • GCC or emerging-market growth experience.
  • Built an MMM or advanced measurement system from scratch, not just used one.
  • Hands-on with SQL or Python. Self-serves data, not just briefs.

How you’ll work with us

You’ll co-own growth with a peer, not compete with one. You’ll get budget authority, decision rights, and direct access to the VP of Marketing, Product, Data, Business Development, and Supply. No PM gatekeeping. You can disagree with senior leaders when the data says so.

You’ll work with historical user data already in our systems. We don’t need polished narratives. We need clear decisions, made fast, defended with evidence, and adjusted when wrong. Managers here ship too.

  • “Manager” doesn’t mean “stop being hands-on” to you.
  • You think in cohorts, not campaigns.
  • You think AI is the biggest unlock in performance marketing this decade. And the easiest place to over-trust an algorithm.
  • You’d rather automate a workflow than hire someone to run it.
  • You think ROAS is a starting point, not a verdict.
  • You’d rather lose an argument with data than win one with opinions.
