We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our paid acquisition efforts at monday.com

You’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale campaigns across push channels such as Meta and LinkedIn. You’ll operate in a highly data-driven environment with significant budgets and real impact on company growth. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic layer, requiring deep acquisition expertise and a high level of ownership.

About The Role

  • Manage and optimize large paid budgets across push platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, balancing scale, efficiency, and long-term growth
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously turn data into actionable insights
  • Drive ongoing experimentation through A/B testing, incrementality testing, and attribution analysis
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Analytics teams to improve funnel performance
  • Take a senior role within the Growth organization by setting best practices and improving processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, with strong expertise in Meta and LinkedIn campaign management at scale
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing high-budget campaigns in competitive environments
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in attribution models, testing frameworks, and performance analysis
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations
