Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager - Growth Marketing is responsible for leading Everise’s lead generation strategy and driving programs that generate qualified pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role oversees the planning, analytics, and optimization of demand generation initiatives across digital campaigns, marketing automation, website conversion programs, and field marketing initiatives. This role manages Growth Marketing Managers and ensures marketing programs are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager plays a critical role in translating growth priorities into integrated campaigns that deliver measurable marketing impact.
