Appnext is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale revenue growth from existing clients, agencies, and strategic partners This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Business Operations, ensuring strong commercial performance while delivering long-term customer value.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and acting as the primary commercial point of contact post-sale—bridging strategic sales objectives with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Own revenue targets across a portfolio of existing clients, agencies, and partners
  • Drive sustainable growth through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership expansion
  • Monitor performance, identify revenue risks and opportunities, and proactively act on them

Client, Agency & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain senior-level, trusted relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI
  • Lead regular business reviews, growth planning, and optimization discussions

Sales–Operations Bridge (Customer Success Focus)

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new and existing customers in collaboration with operations and product teams
  • Translate commercial goals into clear execution plans for internal teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across Sales, Business Operations, and Product

Strategic Expansion

  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent partner ecosystems
  • Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and market-specific growth plans
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to scale best practices

Requirements

  • Based in Moscow (or Russia/CIS region)
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, sales, or account management within mobile adtech or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing existing revenue and long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of mobile measurement and attribution platforms (AppMetrica, Adjust, AppsFlyer, MyTracker)
  • Solid knowledge of mobile performance KPIs, monetization models, and optimization frameworks
  • Experience working with agencies, brands, or performance marketers in the Russia/CIS market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
