Job Summary
We are seeking a Enterprise AI Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions, including at least 5–7 years focused on advanced AI/ML systems. This role requires deep expertise in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Orchestration, LLM Integration, MCP, RAG frameworks, AI Governance, and Cloud AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, guiding enterprise AI adoption and ensuring scalable, secure, and ethical deployment of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of multi-agent orchestration systems and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Architect solutions integrating LLMs, MCP, RAG frameworks and Tool calling into enterprise workflows.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and orchestration tools.
- Define reference architectures and best practices for AI adoption across business units
- Drive AI workload optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Establish multi-cloud strategies for scalable, resilient AI services.
- Evaluate and integrate cloud-native AI/ML services into enterprise platforms.
- Champion AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant AI usage.
- Define enterprise-wide policies for data privacy, model transparency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to align AI initiatives with global standards.
- Shape enterprise AI strategy, identifying opportunities for Agentic AI-driven automation and multi-agent collaboration.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and frameworks, advising leadership on adoption.
- Partner with executives to align AI initiatives with business transformation goals.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and data scientists on advanced AI frameworks.
- Build cross-functional collaboration between IT, data, and business teams.
- Represent the enterprise in industry forums, conferences, and AI consortiums.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in GCP (e.g., Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Experience working in a product-led company.To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex/large scale technical solutions, that are scalable and in line with industry best practices, latest technology trends.
Key Responsibilities
- To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
- To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
- To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
- To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
- To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents
