Job Summary

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementations.
• Gather business requirements and define scalable PLM solutions aligned to customer objectives.
• Design and optimize business processes such as Engineering Change, BOM, Configuration, and Program Management.
• Drive solution definition workshops and create AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
• Architect integrations with ERP, SAP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Define data migration, security, governance, and deployment strategies for PLM transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and guidance to project teams.
• Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE best practices, OOTB capabilities, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to drive successful PLM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define End-to-End PLM Architecture aligned with business objectives using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Lead Business Process Transformation by designing and optimizing Engineering, Change, Configuration, and BOM management processes.
• Architect Integrations and Data Migration between 3DEXPERIENCE and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, CAD, and legacy PLM platforms
• Provide Technical Leadership and Governance by guiding solution design, managing risks, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence
