What you’ll get to do

  • Complex and high-visibility design execution across editorial (e.g, case studies, reports, feature content), brand systems (identity and templates, including spatial/event brand application), and promotional/campaign design (social, launch, and conversion-driven work).

  • Independently scope, design, and deliver complex projects to brief

  • Give and receive craft feedback within the design pod and content studio.
  • Proactively flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand design system

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • 4-6+ years in brand or graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across editorial design, brand systems and promotional design.

Key Soft Skills

  • Fully remote work culture and support for professional development

What to expect in the hiring process

  • Application & portfolio review: we review the quality of your designs in your portfolio
  • Preliminary phone call with HR: a brief conversation where your expectations are discussed, background, growth potential, career outlook, personality and cultural fit is accessed.
  • Assessment: a take-home assessment to evaluate strategic and creative skill set and technical depth
  • Final executive conversation: an interview with the Creative Director, where you will present the assessment. You will also be assessed on alignment with our values and principles.
