
The Senior Graphic Designer leads in creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. Must have creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials, including digital and print assets, to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the design process.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to project success.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design capabilities.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual identity.
Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to coordinate production and ensure the final output meets specifications and expectations.
Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, explaining design choices, soliciting feedback, and iterating on designs as needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on design-related topics, providing guidance, recommendations, and best practices to support the overall success of marketing and communications efforts.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, digital media, and marketing to develop innovative and engaging visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
