About:

Our client is a Dubai-based luxury scent company with spirituality, sustainability and giving back at the heart of its brand. Founded and run by women, the company creates signature scent collections from its Dubai atelier, with a flagship presence at Dubai Mall alongside other retail locations, partner outlets, kiosks, pop-ups and private-client services.

The client is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a refined, artistic and soulful aesthetic and a strong understanding of luxury branding.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate the brand's identity into beautiful and consistent visual communication across digital, retail and physical touchpoints.

We are looking for an in-house creative, rather than a purely commercial or production-focused designer.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop high-quality creative assets for campaigns and launches.
• 
  Design social media and digital content.
• 
  Create newsletters and email marketing assets.
• 
  Design brochures, presentations and sales materials.
• 
  Develop advertising and promotional materials.
• 
  Create retail and visual merchandising graphics.
• 
  Support packaging and product design when required.
• 
  Develop creative concepts aligned with the client's aesthetic.
• 
  Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• 
  Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and the Founder/Creative Director.
• 
  Work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines.
• 
  Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.

Candidate Profile

• 
  4–7+ years of graphic design experience.
• 
  Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury/premium design.
• 
  Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle desirable.
• 
  Formal graphic design training preferred.
• 
  Excellent typography, layout and composition skills.
• 
  Strong understanding of branding.
• 
  Refined, artistic and sophisticated visual style.
• 
  Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• 
  Digital and print design experience.
• 
  Ability to work independently and quickly.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail.
• 
  UAE experience preferred.
