Job Description

Position : Intermediate/Senior Graphic Designer
Salary : $2,100 - $2,800 NZD monthly
Working Hours & Conditions : Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm NZST (3:30 AM - 12:30 PM MNL)

We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Intermediate Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retail company who have been operating for over 20 years. We are looking for a collaborative person, who has strong attention to detail, a creative thinker, combined with a happy personality. This role would suit someone who is super organised and likes to be busy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Multichannel Design: Produce high-quality content for web, social media, paid media, EDMs, and in-store visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the E-commerce team to bring creative briefs to life across various platforms and generate fresh concepts.
  • Project Management: Manage your own workflow and deadlines effectively while juggling multiple retail campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional design experience (in retail or ecommerce role).
  • Proficient in design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills with a willingness to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving capability.
  • Great time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Preferably BSc degree in Design, Visual arts, or relevant field.
  • Motion graphic experience is a bonus.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Organic and paid video editing experience is a bonus.
  • You must also be available to work a Skeleton Roster during the Christmas/New Year period.
