ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join the Ceres Life team on a 12 month maternity leave cover. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering engaging, on-brand digital and print design that reflects our identity and values.
You will take ownership of the brand’s creative output, helping to shape and evolve the creative direction through strong concepting and high-quality execution. A key focus is developing ideas for seasonal campaigns, brand moments, and always-on content that bring the brand to life in a meaningful, commercially relevant way.
You will champion the creative direction by producing high-quality design and offering commercially driven solutions that capture our brand message and DNA. Working closely with your team, stakeholders, and partners, you will interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling campaigns, marketing collateral, internal comms, and relevant design outcomes where required.
With a strong understanding of performance creative, you will contribute to Meta ad concepts and create and edit content optimised for digital channels. You will understand what drives engagement and apply this across your work.
Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will contribute to creative strategy and seasonal concepts, bringing strong design, layout, and typography skills. Our purpose has always been to make a positive difference in people’s lives, and our team and customers are at the heart of this.
We started in 1988, with our first ‘shop’ being the boot of a Ford Bronco parked at The Beckley Market in Geelong, Australia. Inside? A stack of denim jackets; it was the start of something big.
Our vision is to take our eight Aussie lifestyle brands to the world, delivering Good along the way. And we know that our responsibility goes far beyond selling great products. We work to prioritise people and the planet, while making products our customers love, ones that we can all be proud of.
We’re a diverse bunch from all around the world who love to think big. We live for a challenge and give anything a go. We work hard and pride ourselves on creating an environment free from hierarchy and ego. One that promotes creativity and self-expression, allowing our team to do what they do best. We look after our people 24/7 – not just when they’re at work, but outside of it too. Since day one, our team members have been like great mates to us – and you look after your mates. We support and empower our team members to be the healthiest versions of themselves. And we keep it real, always.
We’re customer-obsessed in everything we do, and believe us when we say the obsession is real!
When you join our team, you’re part of something bigger – you’re here to be inspired, to learn, to do the right thing, and above all else, to make a positive difference.
