Senior Graphic Designer/ UX/UI Designer

Location: Lebanon
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid – primarily remote with office attendance when required
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Company

Our client is a growing company operating in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, with a strong focus on building and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital products, marketing channels, and customer touchpoints.

They are looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can combine strong visual design capabilities with UI/UX expertise, modern AI-assisted workflows, design systems, and rapid prototyping.

The Senior Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer will be responsible for taking projects from initial research and concept development through branding, UI/UX design, prototyping, developer handoff, and final production.

The ideal candidate is someone who thinks beyond individual screens or visuals and can create scalable, reusable design systems while maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research competitors, industries, visual trends, and UX patterns using traditional and AI-assisted tools.
• Develop concepts, visual directions, campaign ideas, and brand assets.
• Build and maintain structured brand and design systems.
• Create reusable Figma components, variables, templates, and responsive layouts.
• Develop UI/UX designs and interactive prototypes for websites and digital products.
• Use AI and rapid-prototyping tools to accelerate concept development and validation.
• Produce high-quality marketing and brand assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Maintain visual consistency across websites, applications, presentations, social media, campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio covering branding, graphic design, and UI/UX
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
  • Design systems
  • Variables and design tokens
  • Components and variants
  • Auto Layout
  • Responsive layouts
  • Prototyping
  • Developer handoff / Dev Mode
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Strong experience working with developers and translating designs into functional digital experiences.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and design-to-code workflows is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Claude Code is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frontend technologies is an advantage.
