Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital and marketing design team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with strong visual design expertise and experience delivering high-quality assets across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity, developing compelling marketing materials, and supporting digital experiences through visually engaging design. While the role is design-focused, collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams is essential to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communication roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing assets, and visual design excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience designing:
- Marketing materials
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Editorial and digital layouts
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Grid systems and layout principles
- Color theory and brand systems
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI or product design teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation tools (After Effects or similar).
- Experience working with digital marketing campaigns and performance-driven design.
- Exposure to branding strategy and brand development processes.
- Familiarity with event branding and experiential design.
