he Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, developing, and producing high-quality visual materials that support marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and client communications for U.S. markets. This role requires strong design expertise, exceptional visual judgment, and the ability to transform complex business information into clear, engaging, and client-ready deliverables.

The position collaborates closely with marketing, research, and business teams to create proposals, presentations, brochures, digital assets, infographics, and other marketing collateral while ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate guidelines.

The Senior Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, contribute to continuous process improvements, and support both print and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and produce proposals (RFPs), presentations, brochures, reports, email templates, and digital marketing assets.
• 
  Develop visually compelling layouts and presentation materials that effectively communicate complex information.
• 
  Create and maintain PowerPoint templates, Slide Masters, and presentation standards.
• 
  Organize and structure content-heavy documents to improve readability and user engagement.
• 
  Design floor plans, site plans, logo maps, charts, infographics, and other visual assets.
• 
  Perform image editing, photo retouching, and graphic enhancements.
• 
  Ensure quality control, brand consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables.
• 
  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
• 
  Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• 
  Track assignments through workflow management systems and contribute to process improvements.
• 
  Support print and digital production requirements.
• 
  Stay current with industry trends and design best practices.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or other B2B environments.
• 
  Experience creating interactive PDFs and digital presentations.
• 
  Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• 
  Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ceros, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• 
  Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.
• 
  Understanding of print production and digital asset management workflows.
