The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that supports the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, social media presence, internal communications, and promotional materials. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into clear, attractive, and brand-aligned visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, banners, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visuals for digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and quality standards.
• Create both digital and print-ready designs when needed.
• Support the marketing team with campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative ideas.
• Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for multiple platforms and channels.
• Work on basic video editing, motion graphics, or animated content when required.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, brand assets, and final artworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media creative formats, and competitor visual approaches.
• Review final designs for accuracy, consistency, spelling, layout, and technical quality before publishing or printing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, campaign visuals, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret briefs clearly.
