We are currentlyrecruiting foraSenior Graphic Designerto sit within the local market team, based in our Barcelonaoffice. You will be reporting into the Graphic Designer Country Manager, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers at a local level.
This is an opportunity for someone withextensive graphic design experience in a fast‑paced retail environment to support UNIQLO Spain’s continued growth.
As Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Graphic Design, VisualMerchandisingand cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging in‑store visual communication across all Spain stores You will take full ownership of end‑to‑end design for campaigns and ad‑hoc projects, adapt global and European guidelines to local needs, support new store openings, and ensure high‑quality, consistent execution that enhances the customer experience and drives commercial impact.
What you willbe responsible for
Lead end‑to‑end graphic design for in‑store visual communication across all Spain stores
Partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing/PR, Store Operations and EC on key campaigns
Adapt andlocaliseglobal and European VM guidelines to meet local business needs
Deliver high‑qualityrenders, print files, POS and ad‑hoc display solutions
Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across stores, including new openings
IdentifyVM and in‑store marketing challenges and propose effective, commercial solutions
Manage timelines,budgetsand suppliers to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
Act as a key point of contact for stores,anticipatingneeds and driving continuous improvement
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
Native Catalan and Spanish, with workingproficiencyin English
4+ years’ professional graphic design experience, ideally within fashion or retail
Strong experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, commercial environments
Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
Experience with 3D design/modelling (e.g.SketchUp); video/animation a plus
Confident Mac user with strong Microsoft Office,OneDriveand Teams skills
Experience managing budgets,quotationsand suppliers (Coupa or similar beneficial)
