We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the client’s message and enhance brand identity across various media. This role involves leading design projects from concept to execution while maintaining both creative and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Develop and produce high-impact visual designs for advertising, digital, and print media.
• Ensure all design work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
• Lead design projects from initial concept through final delivery, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other team members to produce cohesive and compelling design solutions.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, ensuring adherence to creative and technical standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and elevate design quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and effective visual design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in creating and managing visual assets for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in using design tools and project management software.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Commitment to high-quality design work with precision and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Effective in working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
