Application Requirement
The Senior Graphic Designer at White Shark Media is responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that drive performance across paid media, web, and brand touchpoints, ensuring all creative outputs align with business goals and conversion objectives.
This role goes beyond aesthetics, ensuring that all design work is strategic, user-focused, and performance-optimized. It is responsible for developing visual experiences that influence user behavior, improve engagement, and support conversion across digital channels, while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design platforms, the role develops and iterates on creative assets, landing page visuals, and brand materials. Actively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability, leveraging automation, AI, and design systems to enhance output quality and speed while ensuring alignment with White Shark Media's standards and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
#1 Performance Marketing Creatives Design
-Design high-converting creatives for Meta and Google Ads
-Develop landing page templates optimized for conversion
-Collaborate with marketing teams to test, iterate, and improve performance
-Apply user psychology, CRO principles, and data insights into every asset
#2 Organic & Brand Social Media Design
-Create visually compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
-Translate strategic messaging into engaging visual narratives
-Maintain brand consistency while adapting to platform-specific formats
#3 Sales & Marketing Collateral
-Design and maintain case studies, one-pagers, and sales materials
-Ensure all collateral is current, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
-Support revenue teams with assets that enhance credibility and conversion
#4 Pitch Decks & Presentations
-Design high-quality PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations
-Build templates that are scalable and easy to use across teams
-Support webinars, events, and executive communications with polished visuals
#5 HTML Email Design
-Create high-performing email templates (HubSpot or similar platforms)
-Design with clarity, hierarchy, and engagement in mind
-Collaborate with developers for seamless execution
#6 Website & Landing Page Design (UX/UI)
-Design the White Shark Media website
-Design landing pages that balance brand, usability, and conversion
-Work closely with developers and marketers to optimize user journeys
#6: Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects, activities, and processes that benefit the performance of the departments and the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Written English Level: Basic
-Spoken English Level: Basic
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
-Experience: minimum 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer
Know How & Certifications:
-Must have: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
-Plus: Figma or Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, and any experience working in marketing agencies.
