Senior Graphic Designer

As our Senior Graphic Designer you are the visual storyteller who translates complex wealth-management ideas into crisp, engaging graphics across every touchpoint—web, mobile, social, pitch decks and in-app education. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you own key design projects end-to-end, uphold the brand system, and mentor junior creatives, ensuring every pixel reflects the clarity, trust and innovation our company stands for.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concepting and production of graphics for campaigns, product launches, investor materials, and thought‑leadership content.
- Evolve and enforce the brand style guide (color, typography, iconography, motion) to ensure cohesive visuals company‑wide.
- Collaborate daily with Content Lead and Product to translate briefs into static, motion, or interactive assets.
- Own the creative workflow—scoping, timelines, feedback loops, final delivery—using Figma, Adobe CC, and our asset‑management stack.
- Run stakeholder reviews, incorporate feedback, A/B‑test key visuals, and iterate rapidly.
- Mentor junior designers and contractors, sharing best practices in design thinking and accessibility.
- Stay ahead of design, fintech, and web‑standards trends; proactively introduce new ideas, tools, or formats.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2 years professional graphic‑design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating brand‑system work, multi‑channel campaigns, and data‑heavy storytelling.
- Mastery of Figma plus Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign; familiarity with modern asset hand‑off workflows.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory; ability to rationalize design decisions with data and user insights.
- Proven ability to own projects independently in a fast‑paced startup while maintaining pixel‑perfect craft.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Arabic & English; adept at presenting to creative and non‑creative stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Motion design / micro‑interaction skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
- Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML/CSS) to collaborate smoothly with devs.
