In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering strategic government and parliamentary engagement, you’ll act as the key link between Transport for NSW and Local, State and Commonwealth governments.
This role will see you lead parliamentary inquiries, manage submissions, and support election readiness and Machinery of Government transitions. You’ll provide expert advice, coordinate responses to Ministerial priorities, and strengthen Transport’s reputation as a trusted government partner.
You will build strong relationships and navigate complex parliamentary processes to deliver timely, accurate, and politically appropriate advice in a fast-paced environment.

About you
You’ll bring demonstrated experience in government relations, policy, or public affairs, with the ability to analyse complex information and produce politically appropriate responses. You bring sound judgement, political acumen, and the ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments.
With experience in government relations and ministerial engagement, you have:
• Expertise in parliamentary processes, State Government systems, and Ministerial operations.
• Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into clear, actionable advice.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive issues and deliver timely, accurate outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
