🧩 Project Description:

Our analytics and engineering team is a high-impact engineering and analytics squad. We operate on a micro-front-end architecture and encourage engineers to use the best technology for the job, including TypeScript, React, AWS, Postgres, MongoDB, Python, and other suitable technologies. We are building scalable tools designed to handle complex workflows and heavy usage.

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Strong experience with backend Golang development

• Experience designing scalable APIs and backend services

• Hands-on experience with SQL databases including Postgres and Snowflake

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB

• Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, views, and optimise database performance

• Experience working with Docker

• Experience building applications within microservices architecture

• Experience with AWS cloud services

✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

• Experience with CI/CD processes

• Experience with containerized deployments

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend-centric systems using Golang within a microservices architecture

• Build and scale APIs and backend services running on AWS and Docker

• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data platforms such as Snowflake

• Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript

• Apply engineering best practices including clean code, testing, security, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate closely with business, design, and product teams to translate complex challenges into technical solutions

• Participate in Agile development processes and take ownership from design to deployment

• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives when needed

🧪 Technology Stack: Golang (most important), Python, Docker, AWS, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake; Backend: 90-95% Golang microservices architecture

📝 Additional notes:

The candidate must be employed in our company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms — up to 60 days.Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
