Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new back‑end services within a microservices architecture
• Implementing functionality in Go (or leveraging experience in Rust / C# / Kotlin)
• Developing new system components running in containerized environments
• Ensuring observability of the developed solutions
• Automating software build, test, and deployment processes
• Participating in architectural decision‑making at early stages of solution development
• Taking care of code quality, readability, and long‑term maintainability

Requirements

• Senior knowledge of Go and back‑end technologies; experience with Rust, C#, or Kotlin is also welcome
• Experience in building production‑ready services; experience with technologies such as OpenTelemetry throughout the SDLC is a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with OpenShift will be an additional advantage
• Experience in deploying applications using GitOps
• Experience in platform automation and management will be a strong asset
• Experience in configuring and maintaining build and deployment pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of on‑prem virtualized networking will be a strong advantage
• Experience working in agile methodologies and on greenfield projects
• European citizenship required
• English B2 / C1
