
The AI Business Solutions (ABS) Segment Go-to-Market Manager (GTMM) serves as the strategic connector between Microsoft’s global priorities and local market execution. As a key leader within Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), the Segment GTMM drives Operating Unit (OU) business health by translating strategy into action across solution areas, industries, customer segments, and sales motions.
This role partners across Product GTM, Program GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Partner, and Engineering organizations to accelerate revenue growth, increase usage and adoption, improve market share, and enable exceptional field execution. The Segment GTMM leads business planning, drives execution excellence, surfaces field insights, removes barriers to growth, and ensures sellers have the right investments, enablement, and go-to-market motions to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
This specific position is focused on our ABS business in Brazil. Candidates should be fluent in both Portuguese and English and located in country, preferably in or near Sao Paulo where most of the OU leadership team is based. An accute understanding of the marketplace, government, culture and primary industries in Brazil is important for success in working with the field teams in this region.
