We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.
This role will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing (raising NON POs), travel and expenses processing & maintaining appropriate documentation. Contributes to establishing quality and accuracy checks and performs controls to ensure information correctness and in time processing. Organizes and delivers training in Procure to Pay area, being a subject matter expert in the operations allocated. Ensures training and coaching for the new collegues from Procure to Pay.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei86,600.00-lei113,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 12 %target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
