A Day in the Life

At Medtronic, our Congenital Therapies business is dedicated to improving outcomes for patients living with congenital and structural heart disease across every stage of life. The Sr. Global Product Manager is designed as a hybrid of strategic market development with execution-focused product marketing. This key role will help Medtronic grow and scale its impact in the congenital space, supporting global commercialization activities while also identifying opportunities to expand therapy awareness, adoption, and access. The individual will partner across global and regional teams to drive product launches, portfolio support, messaging, sales enablement, and commercial operations, while also helping shape market development strategies, physician and center engagement initiatives, and long-term growth opportunities for the congenital portfolio.
