The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Fisher Investments moves talent and supports growth across global markets. As a Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager, you will lead the strategy, governance and modernization of our mobility and immigration programs. You will advise senior leaders, design scalable solutions and connect teams across regions to help the firm deploy talent where it is needed most, while balancing compliance, cost, operational efficiency and employee experience.

Your work will influence international expansion, workforce and succession planning, cross-border talent deployment and business continuity. You will have the opportunity to turn complex global challenges into practical programs that create lasting value for employees and the organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Own and advance the global mobility and immigration strategy, roadmap and governance framework in alignment with business and workforce priorities.
  • Advise senior business leaders on mobility, immigration, workforce planning, succession planning, international expansion and cross-border talent deployment.
  • Direct domestic and international mobility and relocation programs that support growth, talent strategy, compliance, employee experience and responsible cost management.
  • Oversee immigration program governance so employees maintain appropriate work authorization while the firm mitigates risk and supports business continuity.
  • Lead end-to-end initiatives from strategy and policy design through implementation, deployment, measurement and ongoing governance.
  • Drive program modernization through process improvement, automation, workflow optimization and scalable policy and operating-model design.
  • Partner with business leaders, Human Capital teams, Legal and external vendors to identify needs, close program gaps and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Guide highly visible, high-risk or complex mobility matters, including executive relocations, country expansion activity, escalations, crisis response and contingency planning.
  • Own mobility budgets, forecasting, vendor spend oversight and cost governance, and build reporting that informs decisions and demonstrates program value.
  • Monitor global mobility, immigration and international workforce trends and translate relevant practices into thoughtful program enhancements.
  • Lead compensation and relocation package recommendations for international assignments, permanent transfers and localizations, from proposal review through final approval.
  • Support expansion planning by partnering with senior leaders to determine the talent needed for rotations and assignments in new markets.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international workforce programs or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into clear policies, governance, operating models and scalable execution plans.
  • Confidence managing shifting priorities, complex escalations and sensitive, high-visibility matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build cooperation across functions, levels and regions.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a global, team-oriented environment.
