As Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will lead digital demand creation at scale, accelerate growth in key categories, and play a pivotal role in building world-class marketing capabilities across markets. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation and commercial delivery, working closely with global and regional teams to unlock growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Demand Creation & Growth
Define and lead the global digital demand strategy across multiple markets
Drive scalable digital campaigns and content ecosystems to generate measurable business growth
Lead agency partnerships, media investment strategy, and performance tracking
2. Category Leadership – Dish Care
Own the end-to-end growth strategy for Dish Care, a priority category
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, activation and expansion plans
Translate operator insights into compelling brand and category strategies
3. Marketing Excellence & Innovation
Build best-in-class content and digital capabilities across UPro
Leverage data and AI to optimise marketing performance and effectiveness
Set and elevate standards for execution across global markets
4. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing team and external partners
Act as a key marketing leader within the UPro organisation
Influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
Proven experience in global or multi-market marketing roles, ideally in B2B or professional channels
Strong track record in digital demand generation, including campaign development, media strategy, and performance optimisation
Experience owning or contributing to category or portfolio growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into commercial actions
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
Experience in professional hygiene, hospitality, or adjacent B2B industries
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and advanced analytics
Experience working in fast-scaling or transformation environments
