Nexthink is the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management. Our platform gives enterprise IT teams real-time visibility into how employees' technology is performing, across every device, app, and network so they can see, diagnose, and fix issues at scale before employees are impacted. Nexthink is recognized as a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for DEX Management Tools, and in 2025 announced a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners at an approximately $3 billion valuation. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, Nexthink has 9 offices worldwide.
Our Global Events team is small by design, agile, intentional, and high-performing, running global third-party sponsorships, our flagship industry conference, Sales Kickoff, and President's Club. Because we operate lean, this role comes with genuine ownership: you shape the programs, own the budgets, and make the decisions, rather than executing someone else's plan. When something shifts forty-eight hours before doors open, you're the one we trust to make the right call.
This role is built for someone who feels most energized by owning a program end-to-end, who thinks about how an attendee actually experiences the room rather than just whether the run of show went smoothly, and who'd rather solve a problem quietly than hand it back up the chain.
