As a Global Data Steward, you will play a key role in ensuring business data is accurate, trusted, and fit for purpose across the organization. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will help establish data standards, improve data quality, and drive consistent governance practices that enable smarter business decisions.
Own and maintain business data standards, definitions, and metadata within your assigned domain.
Ensure master data is governed consistently by reviewing changes, resolving data issues, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Monitor data quality, identify root causes of issues, and work with business and IT teams to implement sustainable solutions.
Promote data governance best practices by collaborating with stakeholders, participating in governance forums, and supporting adoption across the organization.
Experience
Solid experience working with data management and data governance within areas such as Customer, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar.
Hands-on experience with data quality analysis, validation and governance activities.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data governance roles.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will join a growing Data Governance team consisting of colleagues in Denmark and Poland. Reporting to the Global Head of Data Governance, you will work closely with an international team supporting global data governance initiatives across WSA.
