Job Description

Role definition:

• Work under supervision to meet client’s data requirements through various tools.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Generate data in requested formats (SMART, Excel and Data view).
• End to end data provisioning of packaged or custom data of SMART clients.
• Data delivery to client via email, file express or any other software (Postman, Azure).
• Perform feasibility studies to meet customer's specifications and expectations including timeliness and quality.
• Ability to interpret the outcomes and suggest alternative solutions.
• Timely revert to questions received from clients or internal stakeholders.
• Support sales team and liaise with MOM team.
• Interact well with internal teams and senior management.
• Finish training within stipulated timelines and adhere to internal polices and guidelines.
• Comply with filling in internal trackers and other files.
• Archiving production files on a regular basis.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

Education

• Graduation in any domain; Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical domain, databases/reports creation from various tools.
• Knowledge of IQVIA databases is an added advantage.

Skills

• Logical thinking/Problem solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word.
• Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written) along with reading comprehension ability.
• Demonstrates flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
