We give you a world of potential

As our Senior Global Content Manager, you will lead, own and execute our global content and thought leadership strategy for the Employee Share Plans business. This is a pivotal role that will define how we communicate our value, support our go to market strategy, and elevate our presence across APAC, EMEA and North America. As this is a global role, you will be required to be flexible with your working hours collaborating with colleagues across different time zones.

A role you will love

You will build the foundations of a scalable global content function – driving consistency, quality and alignment across every content touchpoint. Working across multiple regions and teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence messaging at a global level while remaining close to hands on delivery as we scale. If you thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and want to make a meaningful impact on how a global brand tells its story, this could be the next step in your career.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global content and thought leadership strategy aligned to business objectives

  • Shape clear, compelling messaging and narratives that strengthen market understanding and elevate our global presence

  • Build and manage a scalable content operating model, including governance, prioritisation and quality standards

  • Deliver and oversee the production of high-quality content across formats including product collateral, sales enablement, campaign assets, thought leadership, event materials and digital content

  • Ensure content is insight driven, consistent in tone and messaging, and adaptable for regional relevance

  • Establish and govern the responsible use of AI within content workflows, ensuring strong editorial oversight, quality standards and brand integrity

  • Partner closely with portfolio marketing, product marketing, creative, digital and regional teams to integrate content across campaigns and GTM initiatives

  • Line manage and coach the Content Marketing Manager to ensure clarity, prioritisation and capability uplift

  • Use analytics, automation and reporting tools to monitor performance, measure impact and continuously improve

  • Apply strong storytelling skills to develop content that resonates with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders

What you will bring to this role

You are a strategic content leader with proven experience in B2B environments, bringing exceptional storytelling, strong editorial judgement and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, operate across global matrixed teams, and build scalable content frameworks while remaining hands-on in delivering high-quality, impactful content.

Other key requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing or content strategy, ideally within B2B or financial/professional services

  • Strong editorial, storytelling and messaging skills as well as a strong eye for detail

  • Ability to develop and execute a global content strategy

  • Experience working across multiple regions or in a matrixed environment

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Experience managing content processes, workflows and prioritisation

  • Ability to interpret analytics and use insight to drive decisions

  • Experience managing or coaching content creators

  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands on content development
