Shape the future of customer engagement at LEO Pharma — from global design to local impact.
Join us in creating a future legacy in medical dermatology. At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology, with 115 years of experience bringing innovation to healthcare.
In Global Customer Engagement Platforms & Excellence, we partner across the business to drive customer engagement excellence – empowering global and local teams to execute with impact. We are guided by simplification, collaboration, and accountability. Now, as we embark on a global Customer Engagement Platform implementation affecting around 1500 users across 30+ markets, we are looking for a Senior Global Business Process Owner to help define how customer engagement works across LEO — and make it simpler, smarter, and more scalable.
You will be the business authority for customer engagement processes within your portfolio. You will be the business voice that connects commercial needs with technical delivery - translating needs into process design, requirements, governance, and adoption. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders – bringing deep respect for the knowledge of people living the day-to-day reality – while driving towards global standards that create value for LEO, our customers, and ultimately patients. When decisions are needed for the greater good of LEO and the patients we serve – you drive them through. Global IT and external partners build to your specifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You may work across areas such as segmentation, targeting, territory planning, field execution, omnichannel journey enablement (process design, platform configuration and data flow – engagement model and channel strategy are owned by Digital Engagement), Key Account Management, event management, field coaching, analytics, and AI-enabled customer engagement insights.
When you apply, indicate which areas are your primary strength and where you have secondary experience.
We imagine that you bring solid business process ownership experience from pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial operations. You understand how global platforms support local execution, and you know how to turn ambiguity into clear, practical decisions that move the business forward.
We are especially looking for:
Experience with CRM transformations, Agile delivery, business case development, pharma compliance processes, data governance, change management, or train-the-trainer models will be an advantage.
As a person, you are collaborative and curious – you genuinely want to understand how people work and what markets need. But you are not consensus-dependent: when the time comes, you decide. You have backbone, think in systems, and create clarity for others rather than accumulating decisions. You communicate in ways that enable others to self-serve, and you default to progress over perfection. You bring a structured approach to solving problems - untangling complexity rather than adding to it.
You will join Global Customer Engagement Platforms & Excellence in Ballerup, Denmark. We are a global team working at the intersection of business process, customer engagement, commercial excellence, and platform governance. Together, we partner with markets, functions, Global IT, and external implementation partners to create processes that are adopted, valuable, and built to scale.
I'm building a team that partners with the business and owns the outcome — not one that waits to be told what to do. A global Customer Engagement Platform implementation is kicking off imminently — and this role will be central to shaping it from the start.
I believe in partnership as the work, real ownership within clear guardrails, and progress over perfection. You are not a requirements scribe passing notes to IT — you shape how processes should work, and IT builds to that specification. If you can walk me through how you've used structured methods to align people and improve something real, I'd like to hear from you.
The opportunity comes with visibility to executive level.

You do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest and which of the process areas above are your primary strength.
