We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager – Fragrance with a proven track record of building and launching successful fragrance brands and campaigns within the prestige beauty or luxury fragrance industry. This individual will have deep expertise in fragrance storytelling, consumer positioning, and developing integrated 360° marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive consumer desire, and deliver commercial growth. A strategic thinker with exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills, the ideal candidate is passionate about translating fragrance innovation into compelling global campaigns and creating memorable consumer experiences across retail, digital, social, PR, influencer, and experiential touchpoints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the global marketing strategy and execution for the fragrance portfolio, developing breakthrough 360° launch campaigns that build brand equity, drive consumer desire, and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing development of new fragrance launches and core franchise support, from concept positioning through global launch execution.
  • Develop compelling fragrance positioning by translating olfactive compositions, ingredients, craftsmanship, inspiration, and emotional storytelling into engaging consumer narratives across all channels.
  • Define the strategic consumer, positioning, messaging hierarchy, campaign architecture, and key selling points for each fragrance launch.
  • Lead the development of global launch toolkits, including campaign messaging, visual identity, paid media assets, e-commerce content, retailer assets, PR materials, influencer guidelines, education materials, and sampling strategies.
  • Develop innovative consumer experiences that elevate fragrance discovery, including experiential activations, gifting moments, sampling programs, influencer events, retail theatre, and social-first storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, Education, Digital, PR, Social, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver seamless, premium consumer experiences across every touchpoint.
  • Own creative briefing and campaign development, ensuring all assets consistently reflect the brand vision while delivering best-in-class execution.
  • Build annual launch calendars and integrated marketing plans that balance innovation, hero franchise support, and commercial priorities.
  • Analyze fragrance market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to identify whitespace opportunities and strengthen launch strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, synthesize post-launch learnings, and identify opportunities to optimize future launches and marketing investment.
  • Lead cross-functional project management, ensuring launches are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear accountability across global stakeholders.
  • Act as the key marketing lead for global fragrance initiatives, partnering closely with regional markets to ensure successful localization while maintaining global brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record building and launching successful fragrance brands and campaigns within prestige beauty or luxury fragrance, typically reflecting 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading successful global fragrance launches from concept through commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance storytelling, olfactive positioning, consumer behavior, and the premium fragrance landscape.
  • Experience creating integrated 360° campaigns spanning digital, retail, PR, influencer, social, experiential, and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product Development and Creative teams throughout the product innovation lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
