The Senior Global Benefits Analyst serves as a strategic subject matter expert (SME) on global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and regional benefits, driving compliance, consistency, and employee experience across multiple geographies. This role leads the global LOA framework and policy evolution, ensures alignment with local requirements, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, complaint, and employee-centric benefits solutions.
In addition to global LOA strategy ownership, the position provides oversight of Poland benefits programs and contributes to broader global benefits initiatives—including vendor governance, audits, and wellness strategy. The role involves both strategic design and hands-on program management, operating as a key advisor and thought partner.

Key Responsibilities

Global Leave of Absence (LOA) Strategy & Program Management

  • Own and evolve the global LOA strategy and governance framework, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions (U.S., EMEA, APAC, and others).
  • Serve as the primary global SME on LOA programs (e.g., FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, parental, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves).
  • Lead policy development and implementation of scalable global leave standards while adapting to local legislative requirements.
  • Drive vendor performance management, ensuring effective delivery service, issue resolution, and data integrity.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on escalated leave cases, accommodations, and complex inquiries. Interpret legislation and advise on complex cases.
  • Research and monitor global leave legislation; provide recommendations to ensure compliance and scalability. Make recommendations for global policy updates, program design, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging global leave legislation and proactively recommend program enhancements or risk mitigation strategies.

Regional Benefits Ownership

  • Own day-to-day management of Poland’s benefits programs, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and alignment with global philosophy.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities for program innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with local vendors to optimize processes for enrollment, renewals, and communications.
  • Support regional expansion of benefits programs, identifying synergies and scalability opportunities.

Global Benefits Operations & Governance

  • Contribute to global benefits renewals, audits, and integration efforts, ensuring process discipline and control compliance.
  • Develop and maintain benefits data reporting and analytics, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration activities, focusing on leave and benefits harmonization.

Wellness & Wellbeing Strategy

  • Partner with other Benefits Team members to design and implement global wellness initiatives, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
  • Track participation and outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations for program improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Legal, and business leaders on leave compliance, trends, and best practices.
  • Mentor peers and provide subject matter coaching on leave and benefits topics.
  • Participate in global HR projects (e.g., DEI, policy modernization, mobility programs) that intersect Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; CEBS, PHR, GPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration/analysis, with deep expertise in U.S. Leave of Absence programs.
  • Experience with international benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and emerging benefits trends.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Environment

  • May be remote or hybrid depending on location.
  • Requires collaboration across global time zones.
  • Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, benefits fairs, or team offsites.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
