We are seeking an experienced Senior General Practitioner (Supervisor) to join our healthcare organization in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, deliver high-quality patient care, and mentor junior medical staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.

  • Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
  • Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Oversee quality assurance initiatives and implement clinical improvement programs within the practice
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and organizational efficiency
  • Manage patient communication with professionalism and empathy, addressing concerns and building trust
  • Participate in continuing medical education and stay current with medical advancements and best practices

Qualifications

  • Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general medical practice
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment expertise
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisive clinical decisions under pressure
  • Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to medical practice and record-keeping
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare quality improvement programs and community health initiatives
