We are looking for a Senior GenAI Product Manager/ Product Owner

• Freelance assignment full-time, B2B contract.
• Start: asap
• Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension
• Working hours: 9-17 Polish time
• Rate up to 170 PLN/h
• Location: Remote (based in European Union)
• Polish language is a must-have

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner
• Experience leading AI, ML or GenAI projects.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI copilots / AI assistants, API AI integrations.
• Agile/Scrum metodologies; Experience working with product backlog, user stories; Understanding of digital and solutions architecture and integrations.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops.
• English and Polish B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Scrum/Product Owner Certificates.
• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Data Science i ML Ops basics.
• Experience in Retail or Marketing.
