This is you

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spine animation

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual flow.

• Ability to build modular, reusable animation rigs.

• Experience optimizing animations for mobile and web performance.

• Strong portfolio showcasing Spine animations, reusable setups, and optimized exports.

• Hands-on experience supporting game designers and working within live production pipelines.

• Practical experience with Spine tools, including skins, constraints, and mesh deformation.

• Experience creating UI and object animations (character animation is a plus).

This is your role

In this role, you'll create high-quality UI, object, visual effects, and occasional character animations using Spine while building clean, reusable rigs that support efficient reskinning. You'll help develop and maintain a shared Spine animation library, contribute ideas early in the creative process, and ensure animations are optimized for performance and consistency. You'll deliver animation assets on time and to specification, collaborate closely with designers and the wider team, share your expertise by supporting and mentoring others, and stay up to date with the latest Spine features and animation best practices.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with casual, mobile, or iLottery games is an advantage.
