Job Description

Established in 2020, Riot Singapore is a game development studio focused on delivering great experiences to our players. We partner with our Los Angeles headquarters on game development for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, and unpublished R&D products. Riot Singapore is seeking talented, passionate Rioters with backgrounds in all areas of game development to build games that make it better to be a player.

That's where you come in.

Game Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space. They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.

As a Senior Game Producer on VALORANT, you will own the day-to-day production of Premium Content, driving predictable delivery while enabling teams to do their best work. You will also partner with our Product teams to ensure the content meets player expectations.

Based in Singapore, you will play a key production role for VALORANT Premium Content, working closely with our co-development partner studio and collaborating with VALORANT teams in Los Angeles and Mercer Island. This role goes beyond tracking schedules and milestones: you will use production data, player and product priorities, resource constraints, and creative considerations to help teams make informed decisions about scope, quality, and investment.

Success requires strong production judgement, diplomacy, and the ability to balance player value with development costs while creating clarity across different disciplines, cultures, and perspectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own production planning and delivery for Premium Content, managing schedules, priorities, resources, dependencies, and risks.
  • Drive predictable delivery across internal teams and co-development partners, proactively identifying constraints, resolving blockers, and addressing root causes.
  • Partner with Product and Creative leaders to make informed scope, priority, and trade-off decisions based on player value, development cost, quality, and production data.
  • Help teams define what "done" means, balancing creative ambition and quality with timelines, investment, and player impact.
  • Build strong relationships across disciplines, co-development partners, and locations, adapting your approach to different teams and cultures.
  • Communicate status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Improve production workflows and team practices while identifying staffing needs and creating an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports sustainable delivery and team health.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of game production experience, including experience shipping AAA games or major AAA game content.
  • 2+ years owning production of player-facing content for a AAA live-service game.
  • Experience owning end-to-end production of high-quality, player-facing creative content, with substantial experience working directly with Art, VFX, Animation, and Technical Art teams.
  • Experience making scope, priority, and resource decisions by balancing player value, quality, development cost, risk, and delivery constraints.
  • Experience managing delivery and dependencies across distributed teams and co-development or external development partners, including identifying root causes and solving delivery challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with Product and Creative teams to align priorities and navigate trade-offs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with cosmetics or monetization systems, including an understanding of how they create player and commercial value.
  • Experience working on competitive multiplayer games.
  • Experience with VALORANT or other first-person shooters.

Our Perks:

  • Full relocation support
  • Full health insurance for you, your spouse and children
  • Open paid time off
  • Retirement benefits with company matching
  • Life insurance, parental leave, plus short-term and long-term disability
  • Play Fund so you can broaden and deepen your knowledge of our players and community through games
  • We will double down on your donations of time and money to non-profits

Don’t forget to include a resume and cover letter. We receive a lot of applications, but we’ll notice a fun, well-written intro that shows us you take play seriously.
