Join our games team, passionate about creating interactive and engaging games in the area of Digital Lotteries.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will be a creative and self-sufficient professional responsible for designing engaging iLottery concepts and high-quality game assets. You will work across the full game design lifecycle, from concept and illustration to animation, delivery and support.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and other members of the Game Studio, including 2D Artists and Spine Animators, who will support you in creating and refining game assets. You will also contribute your expertise, share knowledge with the team and help drive reusability and efficiency across the design and development process.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite and digital drawing pipelines.
• Proven experience working with 2D mobile and/or web games.
• 5+ years of experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Animate.
• Strong portfolio showcasing game design and animation skills.
• Good understanding of core design and animation principles.
• Proven experience working with 3D mobile and/or web games is a plus.
• A creative thinker who can generate concepts, themes and innovative user interfaces and experiences.
• Passion for iGaming and creating engaging user experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback positively and professionally.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks independently.
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

This is your role

• Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts aligned with core design principles.
• Design and illustrate high-quality game assets, converting them into clean vector art.
• Animate game elements while following core animation principles and established animation flows.
• Consistently design and deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the Game Studio.
• Leverage your experience and share knowledge to mentor other team members.
• Provide and receive feedback in a clear and organised manner.
• Take initiative to promote reusability and improve efficiency across the design and development process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in iLottery game design.
