We are looking for a seasoned Data & Business Analyst with a deep passion for gaming to join Candivore and the Match Masters team. You will play a leading role in developing our ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the team to create innovative, data-based approaches to solving difficult business and product problems. Your output will become an indispensable resource for our team, who will rely heavily on your insights to inform critical decisions in our business.

• Lead analytical initiatives across multiple domains (Product, Monetization, Economy, and Operations), driving impact at scale
• Own the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to deeply understand player behavior, optimize product features, and improve monetization strategies
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to uncover opportunities, generate insights, and drive smarter decision-making processes
• Create and deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations
• Proactively identify business opportunities, define key metrics, and influence decision-making across teams
• Mentor and support other analysts, promoting best practices and a high standard of analytical excellence

• MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience analyzing complex products with massive reach and large data sets
• Proven experience leading analytical projects and influencing stakeholders
• Experience working in the gaming industry
• Exceptional analytical and business mindset with advanced problem-solving skills
• BS degree in math, statistics, or equivalent
• Fluency in SQL and strong experience with large-scale data environments
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• A highly detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication skills at all levels
