Here, you will shape and deliver Iniva's development strategy across trusts and foundations, public funding, individual giving and partnerships, working closely with the Director and Board.
You will take the lead on income generation, building compelling cases for support, deepening funder relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. Alongside hands on bid writing and reporting, you will contribute to longer term planning, helping ensure the organisation's financial resilience and creative impact.

This is a full time role, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working and flexibility built in. Benefits include... 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional leave between Christmas and New Year, rising to 25 days with service, pension contributions starting at 3 percent and increasing to 5 percent after six months, hybrid and flexible working, professional development opportunities, and access to Iniva events and programmes including a free pass to Tate Britain.
If you are ready to step into a broader leadership remit and play a central role in sustaining an organisation that shapes critical conversations in contemporary art, we would love to hear from you.
