About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead fundraising efforts through CSR partnerships, institutional grants, and government funding opportunities. This is a target-driven, business development-oriented role that requires proactive outreach, strong relationship management, and a deep commitment to improving educational outcomes for students from low-income communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Business Development

• Independently raise ₹2 crore or more annually through CSR partnerships, institutional grants, and government funding opportunities.
• Identify, pitch, and secure funding partnerships with corporates, foundations, and government bodies.
• Develop compelling funding proposals, impact reports, and presentations to drive funding decisions.
• Identify, track, and respond to government tenders, including RFPs, EOIs, and other institutional funding opportunities.

1. Outreach & Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across CSR teams, foundations, and government institutions.
• Proactively engage potential funders through calls, emails, meetings, and networking to generate leads and secure partnerships.
• Ensure timely donor reporting, regular communication, and ongoing partner engagement.
• Organize donor meetings, conferences, and events to showcase program outcomes and impact.

Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, institutional grants, or government funding.
• Demonstrated track record of independently raising ₹2 crore or more annually.
• Strong business development mindset, with a proactive approach to outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for partner engagement and fundraising activities.
• Excellent communication, proposal-writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A genuine interest in education, youth development, and social impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience in fundraising, sales, partnerships, consulting, or social impact.
